Return and Exchange Policy

• Time Frame:

• Condition of Items:

To be eligible for a return, items must be: * Unused and in their original packaging * Unopened, with all tags attached

• Receipt Requirement:

A receipt or proof (order number/date and day of order placement) of purchase is required for all returns.

• Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Via Bank transfer or Jazzcash/Easypaisa) within 2-3 business days after we receive the returned item.

• Exclusions:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on: * Personalized or custom items * Used or opened products will not be returned or exchanged. * Items marked as final sale

• Shipping Cost for Return/Exchange:

Customers are responsible for return/Exchange shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

• Wrong, Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a wrong item or any item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
